I am signed up with a fair number of restaurant chains. The only time I have issues with passwords and accounts is when the chain is using Punchh. Red Robin and Denny's are 2 examples. Punchh is not customer friendly. If I were running a restaurant chain, I'd consider another product/vendor instead.
