He then opened the laptop while I was present and was able to confirm his initial diagnosis. He provided an upfront price, which was significantly less than anywhere else I’d been, and gave me an estimated time for completion, which was 7 to 10 days. I dropped it off on Friday and Ethan called me the following Friday to come get my laptop. Excellent customer service and skills to match. I highly recommend this guy. Thank you so much Ethan.

I’m writing this review to validate what others have experienced. And to also give some advice on where to go for better quality and better customer service. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect. As was written in another review, Ethan who is the technician also insulted my intelligence. He called me delusional and also put on two defective screens. He yelled at me in front of other customers and when I proceeded to ask him why he’s yelling, he said because I was delusional. I asked to speak to someone higher up, he told me no that he is the technician. My phone was working fine walking in there, but the screen was half shaded. He put 2 aftermarket defective screens and they were both glitching. It ended up being worse than what I came in with. Then he proceeded to tell me that it was water damage, when he hadn’t even opened the back of my phone and I know I did not have water damage, then he told me it was my storage. My question was then why was it working fine before I came. Throughout the entire conversation, I was speaking to him in a normal tone but Ethan began yelling at me in front of customers so I walked out. It was the most unprofessional experience. He then called and texted me multiple times because I assume he recognized that his customer service was horrible but unfortunately for me, he crossed many lines. Later on that evening, my husband took me to Williamsburg to an iPhone repair truck on Bedford Ave. I explained the situation and he said it was because Ethan put an aftermarket screen that was most likely faulty. He asked me if I wanted a higher quality screen which is called a “soft screen” and long story short, my phone looks and works perfectly. I suggest not risking taking your phone here, I spent over $400 that day. Take it to the iPhone repair truck in Williamsburg. He’s kind, helpful and it was a great experience. Reply: Since he did not understand correctly in his response, there was no water damage and he also did not offer to give me a refund. He offered to dry liquid that didn’t exist because he hadn’t even removed the back of my phone to check. In which there was no water damage because I dropped my phone on the floor not in water. When I say I spent $400 this is including the $150 that I wasted for Ethan to fix my phone. As I mentioned early don’t use their aftermarket screens or services just go to Williamsburg and get a soft screen.

Ethan is the best! Amazing customer service and so sweet! I broke my phone screen and he fixed it roughly 30 minutes! I came out of work very late and needed my phone fixed that same night because I was heading out of town the next day- Ethan very kindly stayed late to help me out This has been my 4th time coming here (lol I break my phone screen a lot I probably should get a phone case) and I will continue to come here- I highly recommend this spot not only because of the affordable prices but also for the customer service Thank you again Ethan! I AM A CERTIFIED COMPUTER TECHNICIAN WITH OVER A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE WITH REPLACING PHONE SCREENS, I was given a defective screen, when I went back, the "technician" tried to insult my intelligence, stating that the screen wasn't working because I dropped it again, he attempted to charge me for a new screen, and when I declined, I was forced to leave the store without any of the inner brackets and screws, while also having no screen. My phone is now completely useless, and I wouldn't even be able to get my screen replaced elsewhere, because I am now missing parts, due to terrible service. I thought they did good work, but I was entirely wrong. Do not go here . I HAVE OVER A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE WORKING ON CELL PHONES, I only came here because I needed a speedy fix and now I'm $160 down the drain all because this false technician gave me a faulty screen to begin with, if I hadn't opened my phone my motherboard would have fried with how badly my phone was overheating, now I have no device at all because this false technician doesn't want to own up to the fact he sells terrible quality screens, I DID NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENT STATING A WARRENTY WOULD BE VOID UPON OPENING THE DEVICE, YOU ARE NOT APPLE, YOU CANNOT MAKE A CLAIM LIKE THAT, you just didn't want me to verify you did a terrible job
