Received a call from this company about completing a website analysis for us. It was a brief conversation, but the lady on the other end of the call was very short and snarky. I was trying to explain that our website was currently under an overhaul and I would prefer to wait until it was completed to see if there were any lingering issues. I was not even able to finish this sentence as the lady on the phone said yet another snarky remark and hung up on me! I could not believe that someone who was trying to sell our company something was that rude. We will no longer be taking their calls.

I have never been so harassed by a salesperson before. Despite being told verbally and by email that we have no interest in doing business with this company, Tammy Brookins has called and emailed my store to the point of becoming a distraction. Then she had the nerve to take up 5+ minutes of my receptionist's time complaining that my manager had the nerve to be rude to her. WE ARE A BUSINESS WITH CLIENTS IN FRONT OF US. HOW DARE YOU. And when I picked up the phone personally, she was so rude to me I had to speak over her to be heard. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be sure to let everyone in my local chamber of commerce and my entire franchise system of the rude and harassing behavior they can expect from this company.
