I would think twice about allowing them to handle.your case. I had an attorney from there take on my family law case. He procrastinated for almost 9 months! Only to decide to tell me that he didnt feel comfortable with my case 11 days before my scheduled appearance. I had to stand before the judge without a lawyer, unprepared l, which cost me over $2500. I was burned- be careful that it doesnt happen to you!

Terrible experience when tried to describe my case and need for help to the receptionist. The only answer I was given to several of my questions was: I don’t know, we cannot help you, get a lawyer. Terribly disappointed and frustrated over the whole issue.

Whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming a receptionist was beyond rude and unprofessional. I was referred to them by another legal service in the area, which stated they could answer any question i had regarding a legality question and when i stated what they told me I was promptly met with a response in a rude tone "they did not say that". They in-fact, did say that. Attempting to gas-light individuals into second guessing what they were told should be unacceptable. I was just looking for help and was met with disrespect and unprofessionalism. I would recommend not even calling this place.

Started the process for a divorce and sent in all my intake paperwork and was told I would receive an update only to be left in the dark for an entire month. During the intake process I let one of the paralegals know I didn’t have the money to get a new marriage license only to be told “it’s only x amount of dollars” what’s the point of this place honestly?

The receptionist/operator at this place is so rude! I called the first time and she wouldn't even let me finish explaining why I was calling and transferred me to someone whose extension went straight to voicemail. I called back to ask for an email address and again she didn't let me even finish my sentence and transferred me to the same number that was going straight to voicemail and when I called back a third time I guess she knew it was me calling back because she then stopped picking up altogether! I want to report this person, she shouldn't be working as the operator if she can't do her job! I called 12/06 at 9:30am. I will be coming to the offices to follow up on this because her behavior was unacceptable!
