I’ve been working with this company for a month, and I can’t express how much of a headache it has been. The website took an entire month to go live after I had already paid, and even once it was up, I found mistake after mistake. I’ve had to go back and forth with them constantly. For example, I asked them to correct an error where they listed my suite number as 1 instead of 12. Instead of fixing it, they just deleted the suite number entirely. If they’re making mistakes on things I can clearly see, I can’t imagine the quality of the things I can’t see like ads or SEO. I do not recommend this company. The sales team knows what they’re doing, but once the sale is made, you’re just another number. Update***** This is what they’ve decided to do now. I honestly don’t understand if they just don’t check their work. This has turned into a complete nightmare.

Was talked into signing up with them, one week later before we even did anything to get started I asked them to cancel and they said they would cancel and I’d get a refund, but NO REFUND, the salesperson I spoke with blocked my number so I can not call or text him, I spoke with other members by calling townsquare direct and they said they will not refund my money because of the principle or me “signing up” and then canceling a week later. I asked them if getting a bad review was worth the $375 they took from my account and they basically said “yes, it’s the principle of it”. Whatever that means. So them getting $375 of my money was more important that being a good reputable company with good customer service

These guys have been great - Crystal and James both have been very helpful in guiding and demonstrating the various tools they have available. They've been informative, patient, and very thorough in showcasing their capabilities. But, most of all they have just been very easy to work with. They are competent and knowledgeable and just generally good people to work with. Highly recommend.

Well I am giving this review for Emily's customer service and sales skills. Honestly didn't feel like a sale too much, really felt like an advisory call to show what's happening. I feel just the info she shared, if implemented, could help our ranking drastically even if I didn't use their services. So I will be posting again in 3 to 6 months and in a year from now. To realistically give my opinion.

Ive had a great experience with townsquare. Very attentive, everyone ive dealt with has been great. From onboarding to launching my website they have covered all bases, answering any and all questions ive had. Even being a larger business, its very easy to get in contact with support for questions/edits, and they create a very nice product.
