I was so happy I found this company. Jim was very nice, always reachable until there was a problem. I don't have internet for 6 days now. I work from home, and without internet I cannot work. The days I don't work, I don't get paid for. Also I don't have cable and watch everything through the internet. I spoke with Jim twice, he texted me couple of times letting me know that there is a problem, and they can't fixed it so far and don't know what the problem is. It all started Thursday. I received the last text from Jim on Saturday. Since Monday I called many times, only the answering service available. Jim doesn't return my calls and doesn't reply to my texts. I want this service to be cancelled and can't reach anyone. I think all positive reviews are from the customers who just got the service or didn't have any problems yet. Companies like this one should be closed. STAY AWAY!!!

Since I dumped, DSL Extreme, for being totally incompetent except when it came to slamming my credit card, I have subscribed to, Brand X Internet. Brand X has provided me with affordable, seamless service since I signed up. The few times the connection went down all it took was a phone text to get an instant response from, Jim, my contact and the problem was corrected in no time. Brand X is a bright light in a fog of unreliable and sometimes downright rip off cable and DSL providers.

Great price, but slow when using multiple devices. Streams are typically loading at least a few times throughout a full length movie, show or whatever you are watching. If it isn't loading than it doesn't always show full quality so you'll watch a show with grainy like visuals.

I order internet service on Jan 12 and they told me that the installation would be done some day the next week. I didn’t heard from them until I called one week later Jan 19. They send me a text saying that the installation would be on February 14. I called back to let them know that I needed internet sooner because my work depends on it. They schedule the installation for Jan 30 and six days later I still don’t have internet. I called to cancel the service and they told me that the have to change for the installation even though I never got the service. So disappointed

This company is awesome! I love not having to pay crazy fees and I love that I'm not paying directly to a large company that monopolizes the market. The internet service is really fast and we stream movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime with no troubles! The quality is great. The price is always the same every month and when I have any questions or trouble, the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Such an awesome service and I'm helping the small company beat the monopoly!
