Do not buy from them !! Ordered a spotlight. They sent me the wrong thing. I sent it back. Now after many phones calls & e-mails i have not received another part,or my money back. I hope they go out of business.This is no way for a American Co. to do these things to customers. |

Try calling your company A dozen times over two days. All I got was a recording with options. Tried customer service/tech support, tanga dozen times - no answer. Then I tried EVERY OPTION FOR ANY OF YOUR DEPARTMENTS on your recording NO ANSWER. If you’re OUT OF BUSINESS JUST SAY SO so I can move on to another vender. Hell of away to run a business!!! |
My interaction with Tim from UNITY Manufacturing was downright unacceptable. From the very start, he came across as rude, combative, and more interested in taking cheap shots at my business than having any kind of professional conversation. Instead of listening or communicating like an adult, he fixated on online reviews he dug up and used them as an excuse to be disrespectful. What makes this laughable is that my own experience with UNITY has been nothing but headaches. I've personally dealt with wrong products being shipped and had to fight just to get my money back — issues that Tim showed zero concern for. Rather than addressing real customer problems, he chose to deflect, criticize, and act as if UNITY has nothing to own up to. If Tim is the standard for their customer service, it explains exactly why my dealings with UNITY have been so frustrating. The lack of accountability, the dismissive attitude, and the unwillingness to handle issues professionally are all things I've personally experienced. I wouldn't recommend relying on UNITY for anything if you expect basic respect or responsibility.
