Absolutely ridiculous... I called tech support for a failed out of warranty Surface Pro. No problem bring the device to the Microsoft store and you can purchase a replacement. Get to the store and find out that I need an appointment to purchase a replacement. I had to literally wait 45 minutes to purchase a replacement not for tech support or consultation but to purchase! Let that sink in I needed to make an appointment to purchase something! What a huge waste of my time. Meanwhile three employees were available to ask if I needed water... No I don't need water I need to make a purchase! Sorry sir you have to wait. Do not bother going to a Microsoft store you are better off handling everything over the phone where they at least appear to value your time.

My boyfriend and I went into Microsoft to look at laptops for his career. Aaron was very helpful and personable. He provided us with lots of detailed information about the products. I definitely reccomend this store if you're interested in upgrading to a new tablet or laptop.

Went there to try out and buy the VR experience. I was quickly told it wasn't working. Talk to a manager. Then I was told they were doing it later today. Stupid bad service. We drove an hour to get here and got zilch. Was even going to buy but not going to spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn't deserve it.
