I bought a Dell computer that did not function with the highest level of personal care. The woman who was trying to help me informed me that she could not help, and refunded my money. I returned the computer ($1500+) and received an acknowledgement that I would be credited for the return. This was over 6 weeks ago and although I have called (hours) and complained and written (hard to do) they still have not refunded my money. For shame. These people are thieves.
