Horrible results. Very low impressions. Never any clicks. Definitely not seen by sellers or potential buyers. Which is the goal. Doesn’t work.

Been with Adwerx since 2014 for a number of zip codes. Recently checked to see results and found two people who actually clicked the ad in the past 10 + years. Called and cancelled and apparently stuck paying until the yearly automatic extension ends. Even with horrible results they will only issue a prorated refund as a store credit. Way better ways to spend your advertising money than Adwerx.

Great Reach for new clients and existing clients love Adwerx. It allows us to add our clients email address and name so they can see the results of the ads. This is a great benefit and tool.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY – They say and tell you that they would place digital ads for you, and they give you reports (built by them with no evidence whatsoever) with “results”, but there are no real results, and in the rare occasion that they show up, they disappear before you or anyone else have time to read or click on them, and other ads show up on the screen. The person I had to interact with (supposed to be a Director of Customer Success) was unresponsive, was late or missed a few meetings, and never delivered on her promises. BE CAREFUL PROVIDING YOUR CREDIT CARD, as they take it and keep charging it, even though they themselves say that they won’t charge it anymore. Then I had to engage in a full process with the credit card company. It’s been a NIGHTMARE and a cash grab, with no response from the company, and when they do reply is just to unfulfill their promises. They don’t allow you to manage your billing info on the “platform”, and even getting an invoice from them was challenging… Stay away from them!
