Waited at a bus stop for 15 minutes just for the bus to drive right past me. I’m currently at the 800 bus stop and it’s raining so I went under shelter. This bus usually waits for 5 minutes to give people time to get on. This time it let one person on as I was walking up and then pulled off after being parked for about 30 seconds. Most bus drivers don’t care about riders or stopping to pick people up. Having to rely on this kind of service to get me to classes on time is awful.

The coldest night of the year i was waiting at the stop on lakeboone and myron rd. Had been there since 7:20 pm. When the bus comes flying by at 7:36. Like the driver didnt even know there was a stop there. Flying so fast, i guess they were in a hurry to get to the catch up spot at whole foods so they could hang out 10 min and talk on the phone. Had to call an Uber. They should just keep the buses free. Because it would suck to have to 65.00 for a monthly pass, and end up having to call ubers too

Yea not really reliable bus. If you need somewhere to be like a job or picking up a kid from daycare, don’t rely on the bus. It will some days miss a route and you will have to wait for the next bus 30 mins later.

Overall the buses are pretty good but there are some drivers who have no respect for passengers and so e who id dare say are racist by the way they act towards certain people. Drivers slam on the gas before you get the chance to sit down and the breaks which sling people around the bus. They have driven right past me a few times without stopping, knowing I was waiting for the bus.
