I bought shoes on poshmark. When the item arrived it was not as portrayed in the description/photo. When I disputed this they refused to to allow a return. I even returned the item to the original seller and still they refused to credit my bank account. Beware of doing business with this seller. They are uncompromising, arrogant, disingenuous and their customer service is slow and impersonal.

If you run a European B2B SaaS and need reliable transactional delivery, be aware: Postmark applies a zero-tolerance, US-centric policy that can shut down your service overnight. Refunded, yes. Trusted again, never.

It was a great service, but after being acquired by ActiveCampaign, it fell to the same level of poor quality in delivery and service.

Don’t come close to this company.. they promise 24h for account review approval but you keep waiting and waiting!! I’ve sent them countless tickets to support and sales but no one cares.. like a blackhole! If they treat new customers like that, then how will they treat existing ones! Update: After 3 days, they replied: We reviewed your account and based on the information you gave us, it doesn’t look like Postmark will be a good fit for your sending needs at this time They refused my account to send otp and order confirmation while this is what they claim they are about!! They just waste our precious time and decide on our behalf!!

One star is too much. Without ANY question or information, they blocked my account a minute or so after I created it. Why on earth would you have a trial if you conduct like this? Just use one of the many alternatives because this isn't worth your time.
