I called them yesterday for a consultation and was given an apt for 8am this morning with Cedrick. I received an email confirmation and everything. I have to schedule between two kids and do a lot of rearranging to make a call like this. The morning of, dropped my 1st kiddo off at school and rushed home. Got my 2nd kiddo trash and occupied and waited. 8am.. 8:05am.. finally 8:15 rolls around and I give them a call just to be told - we have no one available right now but I’ll talk to my supervisor and have them give you a call… no time, no consideration for how much work it takes to even sit down for a call with two screaming kids. I told them that if this is how they treat their clients over the FIRST phone consultation. Then that just shows me how much they will care handling my case. So unbelievably unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They clearly don’t have their stuff together (in my opinion) and I’m not about to start a journey with a law firm that can’t even keep their obligations on the FIRST call. So Cedrick, hope you had better things to do than your job and that interrupting my life was worth it. Not so much as a courtesy call.
