This review is specific to the sales process and my sales rep, Charlie — not the service department. Unfortunately, the service department was backlogged like others mentioned so I ended up not using them. Charlie made the process extremely easy and didn’t waste any of my time. Probably the quickest purchase ever and the finance manager was great to deal with as well. Overall excellent experience on the purchase of a new motorcycle and I highly recommend asking for Charlie!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Working with the service department was an absolute nightmare. Max quoted me $75 and same day pickup for a front diff flush. Max also told me that he would call and let me know the issue before moving forward with any changes. At 5pm that day I still hadn’t received any updates on my four wheeler. I called back a few days later and they still had no updates for me. Today I called and my bill magically went from $75 to $300 because they serviced my four wheeler for something completely different, without contacting me for permission first. Excuses were made every time I called for why they had no updates. This place is just a money racket and their customer service sucks. Prepare to be ripped off and disrespected.

Large store with lots of inventory. The store is well laid out with room to walk around the bikes. This business is family owned and operated. The sales staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. The accessories department is large and looks to be well stocked. Great experience.

I stopped in yesterday with the desire to purchase a new seadoo. I have the money so i didn’t need financing. I do wire transfers of this amount or more regularly for my businesses. There was a small selection of seadoo machines on display. the 1st sales rep although very nice was upfront and told me that it was his 4th day and he didn’t know much about them due to not getting any training. I asked for someone with more knowledge, 15-20 grand is a bit much to spend without knowing what my options are and i would like to make an informed decision. The 2nd gentleman again was nice enough but couldn’t tell me anything about options. I was shown one machine which was the htc 325 limited that was a supercharged machine. i’ve heard that it is recommended to rebuild those superchargers every 100hrs so i asked what would be the step down without a supercharger. no one knew. Supposedly there was someone there that knew more but she was busy with another customer. it was obvious that the best way to learn about these was to go back home and get on youtube. it’s discouraging to me that i would have to pay this retailer their mark up and a commission to a sales rep when the rep nor what seemed like a manager knew anything about the product. my business does not sell seadoos but i promise when you walk through the door there are multiple people available who are knowable about about product we sell. if was these people i would be embarrassed.

First experience with the service depart was outrageously good. Called on Friday morning about new tires for a Zero SR/F motorcycle. They had in stock what I needed, and were able to get them mounted by midday Saturday. Incredibly welcoming and friendly techs, market competitive pricing, and just super efficient.
