I went to Audi on Thursday, December 18th at 6:20 and they were not open, yet the hours on their website display they close at 7:00. They were not open all doors locked. It’s extremely unprofessional to display incorrect hours, for a luxury brand? You must be joking! How pitiful and what a waste of a loyal customers time. Do better Audi! |

The purchase of the 2024 Audi 2024 Cabriolet was a birthday gift to myself and probably the last vehicle I’ll purchase in my lifetime. Unfortunately, Audi Winston Salem has made this the worst car buying experiences of my life. First 6+ months was spent back and forth to dealer, because no one knew enough about the vehicle to tell me that you must subscribe to Audi Connect at $85 month to connect to WiFi. Free WiFi not included. As a result, I’ve chosen not to entrust my vehicle to their care for service. But, they will be responsible for all warranty and recall services. Which is my right. On 7/24/25 I returned with appt for grease leaking from inner CV Boots, which was discovered by the Audi Certified Service Shop where my 1st oil change was being performed. Audi Winston Salem where I purchased this 2024 vehicle in Aug of 2024 for over $75,000 gave me a Courtesy Vehicle that was so old I had to insert to start. And the interior of vehicle was filthy. I’ve never been asked to submit a review when purchased or servicing my vehicle. I wonder why. Also, received paper folder for Warranty Booklet. When asked for the nice holder that comes with vehicle, I received something that doesn’t fit this glove compartment. They’ve made it clear over and over again that they don’t give a damn about this black elderly female that comes to this dealer by herself. You should be ashamediActua of yourselves. Lord help you. |

My sales representative, Lamar Schuff, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuine—never once did I feel pressured or rushed. Lamar took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question honestly, and helped me get my dream car. The finance process was smooth and transparent, thanks to Blake and Dylan, who explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step. One of the biggest mistakes I made was taking my Audi here for service. They had my vehicle close to 6 months and it left in worse shape than when I took it in. And they still had the nerve to charge me money and not refund me for the services they did that did not fix my problem. Absolute scam. But hey I still get text and emails reminding me to set up appointments from them to get my Audi serviced.
