I've been going to this dentist for several years, but today I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. She was quite abrupt and seemed rude to me, which was disappointing. I mentioned that there would be a delay of about 10 minutes. Everything was fine until then! However, regarding my daughter's braces, I didn't remove the wire before the cleaning appointment (I also wear braces and didn't need to remove mine). That part wasn't a concern for me. What bothered me was how she handled the situation. Her tone and manner seemed unprofessional, especially in front of my daughters. I would have appreciated a more respectful and courteous approach. She lost 3 patients. I'll never go back there again, she only said the wire had to be removed when I called to say I would be 10 minutes late.

Everyone here is super amicable and it makes for such a comfortable environment! Myself and the 2 other people I know that go here are always satisfied with the care they provide. Scheduling appointments is easy and quick with them too!

Man I have been experiencing level 10 pain in one of my molars. This entire experience from appointment setting, to being greeted my the receptionist, to Jamar making me feel comfortable with the process, the Dr. was quick, ensure I was numb before the extraction and Ms. Tina let me know I was good to go! God and insurance paid it all!! Highly recommend!
