the process was easy however, $80 in fees for the length of 4 weeks seems a bit excessive. I didnt read the fine print , I wouldn't have gotten the loan had i realized the amount of fees they charged.

I been using it for a while and tried to reset my account and I sent 4-5 emails through iCloud and I never once got a response out of it. I’m not sure how to go about it but once I get my answers then maybe I might change my mind on my review. Until then I give up

I paid my 1st installment of 90. They emailed me and told me that 170.07 was processing. This app has me highly pissed because to my understanding, they were suppose to take 90 on December 31 and the other 90 was suppose to be taken out on Januart 31. They lied. They won’t ever have to worry about me using them again😡👎🏾

I borrowed $200 twice from Possible Finance, paid off the loans early. I tried again for a 3rd time for $750 and they countered with a $50 approval. I emailed them and Isaac the rep responded saying I messed up their algorithm so they couldn’t loan me the $750. lol, good way of saying your a broke financial company without saying they’re broke by blaming a customer for throwing off their algorithm. That’s a first, I’ve ever heard of this. People don’t waste your time with Possible, go somewhere else.

There was a mess up when I was signing up with the address was put it wrong. It’s been taken me four days to Get a response to even try to change the address to the app but it does not allow me to change the address. I have sent more than 10 messages to them through email. They do not Respond at all and if they do, it’s them telling me how To change my address For what I have been trying to do that does not work for me. I wish I was able to speak Somebody they say to let them know if I want a call back and I have and haven’t not gotten a call back yet and it’s been four days. This app is supposed to help people, but it doesn’t help anybody. My wife got lucky but to be honest it’s sad to say don’t mess anything up when signing up because they will not get back to you and if they do get back to you. It’s stuff that you’ve already tried and when you email them, they don’t get back to you when you ask For a callback, you will not get the call back when you ask for help you won’t get to help. It will be a miracle if I get a phone call or if I get a response for the help that I actually need for this app and that if they even fix the problem because they keep telling me the same thing that I’ve been trying to do, I wish they can just reset my whole lineup so I have a chance to do the sign-up correctly this time, but I have a feeling that that’s not gonna happen either that’s if he even gets bad to me. And I know when it comes to them writing on this comment with a comment, it’s gonna be AI so it’s not even gonna be a real person commenting back to my message on here So good luck in the future if anybody wants to use this.

For the past week and a half I was approved for $50 loan. I gave him the proper debit card information and it kept coming back putting recognize my number which was incorrect then I kept trying. I got mad so I stopped trying for a week. I did exactly the same thing today unbelievably your app is still screwing with me even though I’ve given the correct information I don’t know who does your app with the technology there sucks keep giving my debit card information which is correct and it keeps telling me you can’t find it. It’s totally ridiculous for a $50 loan. It’s terrible. Your company is terrible!!!
