I've had a great experience with Jann's Netcraft. I placed an order online, but unfortunately the package was lost. I reached out to their customer service, and they responded quickly and shipped a replacement at no charge.

I'm sorry for the bad review but you guys really let me down this time. I ordered over $500 worth of merchandise and compared to others seen that you have free shipping (banner on website states free shipping over $150). I was charged the shipping after ordering yesterday. I called in today and at first was told there was a promo of 10 percent off and would be provided one or the other. I asked what one I received. I then asked what could be done not receiving either. The manager got on stating that the free shipping offer expired and the banner was still left on by accident. They would honor this with a $20 credit toward a future purchase. Asked when the 10 percent off promo ended. The manager said a couple of weeks back and the employee did not explain this correctly and was still in training. She stated hat they will still honor this with a $20 future credit and I could talk to the boss about it.. Told her it really doesn't matter as it's just disappointing and more irritated then anything but I understand that you can not take this away because the order already shipped. I just don't feel that the answers provided were completely truthful as the the free shipping over $150 is still up the time I posted this review. $550 is alot to spend and felt like the service really was a let down.

I've been using Jann's Netcraft off and on since 1980. Just got an order from them bundled in a recycled grocery bag. I loved it! They've never gone in for frills. Basic fishing gear at a very fair price. I wonder how many net kits they sell these days?

Order 20.00 of PROEYE DUCK WEED beads and 10.00 in shipping. Was sent green beads. Sent pictures of beads to tech support to show differences in beads. Was told if they had duckweed on bag the were duckweed. Not true there green beads with human error. Not worth send back because of shipping. Company doesn't care about making it right. They thought by telling me to have a good day Was enough. Doesn't make it right
