Signed up with them, had internet installed as part of internet and tv deal....after internet "luke" was supposed to come install the tv...... He was supposed to come same day as internet was installed, suddenly he said it would be the next day...then that turned into several days later...then next message was that an item had to be ordered, but it would be in within a day.....(even though he knew, for weeks, this was happening). ..then nothing for days...then he texted "havent forgotten you"....and now nothing for days again. Would have given cle marketing negative 5 stars if it was available. DO NOT USE they are a scam! ** update ** to be clear. There was NO issue with the internet install! It was the lack of follow up and follow thru of the cle representative.

Knocked on my door illegally. I have a notice of no solicitation sign on my house and they knocked on it anyway. CLE might want to learn the law before you send your people out .. you know… prevent you guys from breaking the law again.
