I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. From the start, the service was poorly handled. Communication was unclear, promises were not kept What made it worse was the lack of accountability when issues were brought up, they were either ignored or brushed off instead of being resolved. I gave multiple chances, but nothing improved. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliability, professionalism, or basic customer care. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

both orders arrived together and place on my porch..which is fine because I have a privacy wall...so no one from the street can see my packages..also my neighbor is disabled but see's everything and alerts me by phone...FedEx tracking is great!

After my own experience and after reading recent reviews, I am compelled to offer my own review. I sought a quote from Apmex for silver coins and silver bars. Most of the silver had been originally purchased from Apmex and was intact in original mint sleeves. The offer I received this morning was, honestly, insulting. So, I went to a trusted local dealer, and they paid me $5 per ounce more for what Apmex called generic rounds, $4 per ounce more for Maple Leafs, and $2 more per ounce for the remaining coins. I walked away with nearly $1,000 more from my local dealer. While market pricing varies by the minute, the comparisons I am making were all in a one hour period from the time I received Apmex's order, and market pricing had changed very little. APMEX, you can and should do better!

APMEX has filled all of my orders quickly and shipped them very quickly in packages that do not show any signs of their contents. I have never had to make a claim for damages, shortages or any other reason. Great company to deal with.

I would love to give them zero stars. They don't ship items out punctually. My order has been moved 3 times. I ordered ahead of time and it said would ship the 17th, after moving back the date 3 times I'm now expecting a ship date of January 2nd at the earliest. Now I'm out of gifts for Christmas and new years. I used to buy from here years back until I ran into the same issue with extra long shipping times. Figured I'd give them another chance. Use SDbullion for your gold and silver needs instead.

I ordered an item that was on the website only to find out that it was not available for sale after I placed the order. Whether it means somebody cancelled my order and gave my order to somebody else or the inventory was NOT THERE to begin with does not speak well of your company at all. I am not a happy camper. I usually order from your website on ebay with no problem and it was the first time I tried to order from your main site as I thought I cought get some points as a member which I did not get on my ebay orders. Sadly, it did not go well.
