DO NOT work with Topfunding. You will get charged an extreme amount of high interest rate while having good credit not mentioning it until later in the process. They are tricky with their words, misinform and misleading about their policy. Read your contracts carefully, they are not transparent with the final cost and will most likely overcharge you by surprise and not give you a refund even if you decide you no longer want to proceed the process due to lack of professionalism.
