McRoof is hands down the most honest and professional company I have ever worked with. They advised on what was wrong and what could and couldn’t be done. Terrible!! They are on the list for fortified Tulsa roof grant but before i picked them i wanted to meet them and talk to them about the program and about filing a insurance claim. I set up an appointment and on the day of the appointment the owner said he was on the way, he never showed so i finally called, he said he was just at my house but i wasnt home so he left. I said that was baloney ive been waiting right here at the door with the door open! Come to find out he went to the wrong house and got up on there roof and inspected it!! Wow! Ok, no problem, everyone makes mistakes i guess, the owner said he would schedule to come back out. Then on a Sunday of all days i get a call from someone else in there office who said they would come out on Thursday i said i really wanted to meet the owner and the owner said he would come back out but OK if he is not available so he said he would be there Thursday. Thats fine, Then on Monday i get a message from the secretary who said they would have to cancel Thursday and cant come until i picked them as a contractor on the grant program Even though both the owner and this other person said they would be here without me having to pick them. Ok whatever, Then after Thursday i figured out three roofing companies and picked them as a roofer and they declined the bid, Just wasted everyone's time from the get go and now the computer wont let me pick someone else, i have to have get it fixed! The computer still shows they gave me a bid though! They gave a stranger a roof inspection not me!
