I was pleased. I went there to get my CDL permit. The people were very friendly, polite, and gave me the impression that they wanted my experience to be a good one. The day I went there was their first day open after they had upgraded to a new computer system, so it took me about 4 hours, but this was because the employees were adapting to the new system. I don't think that I ever saw an employee standing around and doing nothing. So let me say that I was very, very, very pleasantly surprised😃😃😃

All the employees here are helpful, generous, kind and truly care about what you are there to do so you can get it done. Yes they have rules they can't break the law but step by step as slow as it seems it is all worth it. Clean facility. Comfy assortment of seating, never too busy and you can find an outlet to charge your phone or plugin your laptop while you wait. I recommend signing in online for whatever it is you need to do it saves time before you get there and then you can watch your place in line on your phone with the duration of time left to wait. Hey! I just wanted to say that I really loved the place—super clean and organized. The people at the entrance were so helpful and friendly. I’m pretty outgoing myself, and I noticed they interact really well with everyone coming in, whether it’s helping them get on the list or guiding them on which passes to take. The only downside I found was the wait time, which was over an hour, but other than that, the service was really good.
