SCAM! Do not use this company. They are refusing to let us out of our contract even though we are so unhappy. They make us pay extra for the shipping of ink for our printer (on top of our monthly service fee), and we have not seen a customer service rep since we bought this "service" NOT ONCE! We are so unhappy!!
