Scam. I was with this program for three years. They get your money up front and then collect your money and put it in an account, with the promise to negotiate a lower debt. After three years of payments, nothing was negotiated and my pay is now being garnished. The money they had collected has been returned to me and they kept their original payment. After following their advice to not contact my creditor, I now owe $3000 more than I initially did. I trusted Net Debt and that was a mistake. Beware.

Three years of suffering with bad credit because working with NetDebt was the most poor decision I took. After three years I still have bad credit. I got to the goal amount they give me and after that nothing happened. Still waiting for 2 of the 5 accounts I started with them to be settled. I called to cancel the program with them and they got pretty nasty. They didn't give me any details or information about the cancelation process. Also, I trying to login to their portal NetDebt and they cancel my login account. I couldn't see the statement or any other details. Very shay mode from then. I don't recommend this website to anyone.

Look into other methods other than debt settlement if you really want help, these people will do you a HUGE disservice! At the beginning the will tell you if you are eligible to that program which is lier Anyway here’s the details One of my Bank of America credit balance was 3638 after settlement bank agreed to pay them 1634 and I was accepted which is which is almost half price but this scam company was charged me 22 percent which 799 which don’t make sense If I am able to pay 2433 you better pay the entire balance with you bank clean your mess keep your credit card. This is a good example. Please guys before you sign make sure do the number.also if you decide to continue with this program even after you paid off still the negative points will stay for 5- 7 years believe me they won’t tell you because the scam. because the don’t care if you are screwup . The best way call the creditor and try negotiate with them . Sometimes they will offer you like chase bank.

I for my part closed the contract with NETDEBT because I felt cheated and discovered an office that in a month and a half canceled my debts without needing to pay 3 years as they asked me, call to cancel on March 8, they told me that they would return my money in 10 days maximum, the 19 call because they contunuaban to send me emails as if everything were going well and it turns out that I had not closed the contract, they did that day and today 1 of abri is already 10 days and still do not return me nothing. Yo por mi parte cerre el contrati con NETDEBT porque me senti engañada y descubri una oficina que en mes y medio cancelo mis deudas sin necesidad de pagar 3 años como me pedian ellos, llame para cancelar el 8 de marzo, me dijeron que me devolverian mi dinero en 10 dias habiles maximo, el 19 llame porque contunuaban a enviarme correos electronicos como si todo continuaran bien y resulta que no me habian cerrado el contrato, lo hicieron ese dia y hoy 1 de abri ya son los 10 dias y todavia no me devuelven nada. Por lo que tuve que llamar a mi abogado para que se ocupe de resolver el problema. NO LOS RECOMIENDO. NO HAGAN TRATOS CON NEBDET, NO SON SERIOS NI RESPETUOSOS
