TLDR; poor communication, lacked ability to problem solve, delivered an incomplete product, refused to take accountability for incomplete product, and then ghosted me without trying to resolve the issue. As to proof they have acknowledged their own inadequacies, they have not requested the final invoice agreed upon in this contract. If you were hired to produce a project, and you claimed to have finished it, wouldn't you request final payment? If not, what would be the reason? We were chasing a deadline and hired outside developers to help us develop a necessary feature. For the project I hired them for, this team lacked the technical ability to produce a functioning product. If it wasn't for the developer on my team assisting them along the way, they would have been stuck in the mud from day one. The "final product" they delivered was incomplete and had inherent issues. For example a simple timer could not sync among multiple users and would crash if used by more than 3 users. They shifted the blame to me even though it was explicitly expressed in the beginning that this product would need to function with 10 users and scale to 1000s. After they pushed their "final product" and it did not work like they promised, a developer from my team audited their work and listed all of the issues they had created with their code. When I shared this audit, they told me it was my responsibility to fix the issues they had created. In addition, they actually copied our code from a sperate feature in our code in order to get started. I would not recommend working with this group if you have a complex project beyond web development. I eventually gave up trying to follow up with them after months of trying. If writing this review can save someone the headache and money, than I will feel vindicated in wasting my money and time working with this group. For the record, I offered not to post this review and gave them the chance to make things right. You can guess what they chose.
