I am a new company seeking a professional sales team in the local area. I called Grizzly SalesForce to inquire exactly how thier salesforce work and how they can be an asset for my company's ROI. Unfortunately, that is not what I received when I called. First, a young man answered the phone as if he was taking a personal phone call. I asked him, how exactly does the salesforce program operate or if he works for 1 contracted client at a time. Overall, I just wanted to know how he could help my company. Instead of helping me navigate through an onboarding process and asking what it is I needed; the man stops me and says, "I am the owner and I am confused by your question; I am not interested. Take me off your call list." I was appalled, considering there is no call list. I'm a business owner looking to do paid business. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
