Management needs improvement really unsphofiticated for a fulfillment center

Delivered Nebia by Moen. I had already payed 50$ for the shipping through the product procurement. I had to pay an extra 90$ for Canada delivery because this company chose to deliver via UPS. May seem efficient for the company, but sadly not looking out for your customers. Look at the comments on the kickstarter.
