Very bad service. I have parched the tools for 1 month. But they completed it within 4 days. Again, 4 days later, they deduct the money – $199 – and charge again. I have emailed the raven support. But not getting a reply. It is spent 2 weeks. If you are stopping the service, please turn off your company permanently. Don't harass the customer again. Please refund my money.

So I guess I am not the first or even the second to write about this FRAUD. Raven Tools recently in December they without my permission change there plans and charged my card an additional $200 per month. This IS CRIMINAL. It is a shame that this company would do such a think. Extremely displeased with them and there lack of transparency with there customers. ***Update*** So I forgot to update you on this item. RavenTool did take responsibility for the change and acknowledged that although their update was sent via email. The understood that not all users received the notice. As such in our case the credited our account for the over charge, and help us to work out a plan that would work and allow us to continue to use there platform.

Love Raven Tools. Been using the software for several years and am very pleased with the software. They're always working to upgrade and add new features. I use the custom reports to send to clients to prove ROI. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, there was a major price increase recently. Our account went from $99 per month to almost $500 (see attached). We used the software for reporting and the SEO audit. The reporting worked well, just not $500 well. We canceled our account after removing our clients.
