UENI: This business will take your money and not deliver the service they charged your account. Do not do business this people, they take your money, and don’t do the job. The representative that worked with me on zoom call, connected the my dormain with the serve, and the website was in pending validation status for three month, they activated after I called to cancel the services. They were supposed to create my google profile, they did not, they were supposed to integrate the payment system( stripe), wasn’t done either. I request a refund for the services not done. They keep sending me nonsense email, with dishonest answers. I schedule a call to discuss the issue, then they cancel the call. I also email the founder, Christine, no response. They refuse to process the refund. This business is stealing from people.

If only I could give them one star. Site is useless, the designers are copy and pasting cheap ai code. Barely a brain cell has been used to produce my website. They even got the name wrong. Misused my images, promised me the earth then tried to UPSELL me for things that had already been promised. Months have been wasted. The stress of having to deal with these cowboys (sorry to cowboys that's not fair on you guys) has made me ill, delayed my project, destroyed momentum and i just wanted it to end. They didn't even remove my website from my domain when I asked them to. Honestly please avoid at all costs if you are serious about needing a Web presence. They'd be fine for a personal website, but not for a business.

UPLOADS: Ueni tried to say they weren't paid. Please refer to the invoice in question and the completed bank transaction. Note the payment was made almost a month before the due date. Blatant lie by Ueni. UPDATE: After investigating, I found that UENI fraudulently claimed that they could not retrieve my domain name that they lost due to their negligence. In fact, they simply had to pay a higher fee to reinstate it and to top it off, they were trying to sell my domain from under me on GoDaddy.com at the same time! GoDaddy confirmed that only they could have placed it up for sale on the platform. They also fraudulently maintained for an extended time that I was late on a payment, which was not true at all, and once they finally realized it was indeed on them, they simply chose to ignore the fact and not take responsibility for their actions. UENI has violated several consumer protection laws and has refused me compensation that I am legally entitled to. My revenue is down over 50% so far this year, and the data shows its clearly linked to UENI's negligent and deceptive practices that caused my website and email to go down during a crucial time, halting my business operations. UENI offered me two months of their subscription cost, and waived the fee for transferring my domain to a new webhost. They thought this adequate compensation after causing the loss of thousands this season. I've also had to put in more hours in order to restore my customer base, unpaid hours that should not have been necessary. My business was steadily growing and taking bookings over a year in advance, after the domain went down, they stopped completely for a time and were slow coming in after the new website launch. I have used UENI for the past three years. I have records of paid invoices along with matching bank records of all payments made in full. UENI lost my domain name to GoDaddy. I was unaware of my email and site not working until a customer reached out to me another way. This has caused people to believe my business is no longer operating, which in turn cost me money. UENI's excuse was that there was a "slight delay" on a payment. Again. I have records showing otherwise and how unreasonable the excuse is. I have requested contact info for their legal team and they have refused to provided it as of now. This company failed in its duty as a web manager/ host and has caused my business harm. My recommendation to the consumer looking for the services UENI provides is to move on to another option.

They took our money! Never finished and this was after 8 months and The guy says ok I understand the donation button doesn't work. This is after we tell him more then ten times for him to try with his own card. When he realized that we were right he says ok we'll work on it at our next zoom consultation. What! It was already more than 9 months of bs. and we have to wait another month to address this?! Multiple times we tried to log in and it charged Guy multiple times just to get to the paid options. One day his card was charged twice and they said it never happened according to their records. Bottom line is we paid more than 400 and got nothing but "give us more money"

I cancelled my subscription today for a full refund within 30 days. Here is why: the interface is un-intuitive; many text portions require coding; there is not enough support (only two 30 min. sessions) instead of "You and I" until the website is built; not enough support with creative parts, such as putting together the main theme picture; customer support is non-native English speaking (despite the claim that UENI is a British company). The promise of building a brilliant website with ease and great support is FALSE !
