If i could give you zero stars i would. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY YOU STOLE Started an LLC through this company and closed out that account with this company three years ago. Now i owe $1127 on a closed account they charged without permission. Don’t go with Swiftly, they make themselves owners of your LLC without you knowing. They’ll delete this like all other complaints. Better business bureau will get a review too, at least they won’t take that down like this will be.

I don't recommend this. You must regret. Swyft charges you more without approval. There are many hidden issue. They don't clear all matter. Finally I got S-Corp setup in about 2 months with still registered agent issue. Swyft charges every single thing with big amount. If I didn't catch all, the total cost would be $800 and keep bothering me for the all kinds of subscriptions. In California, regular CPA charge around $800 for S Corp setup with 1~2 weeks without stress. In conclusion, I setup S Corp with the cost $400 in 2 months. I claimed Swyft and refunded. I guess many new customers have this issue too. Please be careful to use this site

This company, in particular the extremely kind and patient woman I spoke to Vanessa, is absolutely incredible to work with and makes everything very easy to understand! Every single one of my questions was answered and when I was having trouble getting into my different profiles or getting correspondence, the representative I spoke with showed amazing levels of patience and did not make me feel rushed AT ALL and was on the call for a long time ensuring I got all the help I needed/wanted!
