I would give it a zero star review if I could. We brought a 500 well pump from them because ours went out installed it and it didn’t work they refuse to return or exchange it because we purchased it during a freeze and their mechanics can’t get to the store to look at it. I’m from Michigan where well pumps are put in at negative temperatures all the time and never had issue with returning if didn’t work. Not to mention their attitude needs to worked on.

Could spend whole days and whole paychecks here easily if i was let loose! Ha! Very large selection of a broad range of hardware. Some seems tailored to the local businesses which seems very smart to me.

Check your attitude at the door! We visited Big Blue in Clinton to complete a project that had been in the works this summer. We shopped around the store and commented just how much merchandise had been moved and reorganized. The store was clean and every question we had was answered with ease. We went to check out and enquired about some items that are stored in the outside area by the concrete blocks. Not sure of what the item was called, we described as cement splash guards. The cashier was irritated that she had to look up the price and pointed to an item that was not correct. We asked if we could show her the correct item ( in an attempt to check out speedily-even though we were the only ones in her line). Her response was “Knock yourself out!” I was taken back by such a rude response….especially being the customer. We paid and left the store. If she only realized that was the last comment we heard and left with the negativity related to our experience. Maybe it was her bad day that she wanted to share with us on a fine Sunday afternoon.

Very best place , I got to do delivery to this place , they unloaded me and cleaned my inside of the trailer cheers , they are so friendly
