Within the past 3-4 months my website has either been down altogether or the contact forms on the site where patients can schedule or leave inquiries regarding our services has not worked. Those messages have not come through to our company email address and as a result we are unable to respond. As a small business the impact is huge! It leaves a negative impression on our business as calls of potential patients are not being returned. Furthermore the financial impact has been devastating. We have attempted numerous times to permanently resolve this issue, it works for a week or so then the sight malfunctions again, each time negatively impacting our small business. I have been extremely patient but at this time it is necessary for me to be transparent with my experience with Dr. Multi-media. In this economy, small businesses need websites that function correctly on a daily basis in order to remain in business.

We have been extremely pleased with the many years of service Doctor Multimedia has provided our small business. Their customer service has always been helpful and responsive to all of our requests. Girard especially blew our expectations out of the water with the redesign of our website, exceeding every specification we requested, and we look forward to working with them more as we continue to update content, and streamline our site to be more professional and updated. We would highly recommend Doctor multimedia to our colleagues and others who are looking for wonderful website support.

This is a fair assessment of the services provided by this company. I met the primary people of this company at a medical convention and they offered me a redo of my website as well as hosting my website. I told them that I didn't want a canned website and I was willing to pay more to have a more customized website. The person said that they could absolutely do that for me. I signed a contract for 6 months with them with the purpose of them revamping my website. After 4 months the website was so remedial and so terrible that I had to finally stop the process.( Their version of my practice website was so terribly confusing and unbalanced graphically and I would love to post it but I don't believe that needs to be done at this point since I want to be done with this company. The person at the convention promised that they could produce a website that was not a "canned" look like others and I believed him.) They continue to charge me all the way through December even though my contract was up in November . I finally called them up and they will only refund three months of that contract even though I never received any product that was isable to me whatsoever. The process of going through and developing a website was very slow and unfortunately a poor experience. I've done website revamps and marketing for my practice for 32 years and this was the first experience that I had encountered such poor graphic design. Vincent, however was very nice and helped me recover 3 months of my fees back although I really believe that I should have had 4 months because we had canceled at the end of August but it took them a week to get me my " cancellation meeting". Unless you want a canned website like everybody else's, I would not work with this company. They said if I wanted to get more refunds that I would have to speak to their legal department. You decide if you want to use them.

Theo was very responsive when I needed help or questions and clarifications and was quick to follow up. I appreciate all the help he provided and the company as a whole. I highly recommend their services as they go beyond your expectations and at a great reasonable cost.
