I had a very strange experience with Instant Imprints on South Broadway. While the final product was great the owner was frustrating to work with. I was given a quote for foam core posters which was not honored in the final invoice. I had to go over this with him multiple times. It was also incredibly difficult to receive our proofs and required frequent follow-ups from my end to move the process along.

Johnny and Joel at South Broadway Instant Imprints printed a memorial of my daughters best friend, who left us a year earlier,on a hoodie I got for my daughters birthay. I contacted them Thursday night, right after they had closed, left a message and figured they'd call back the next day. A minute later I got a call back from Johnny saying he would do the hoodie, even on such short notice. He wasn't lying. I took the first hoodie down to him and found out it was the wrong material. Johnny and Joel put their hearts into making it work. This was on Friday night. Later that night I found the hoodie I was originally looking for, took it to Johnny Monday morning, with an edit to the design, and he said he'd have it ready Tuesday afternoon. I thought that would be perfect because her birthay was Wednesday. He had it ready Tuesday morning! This made my daughter so emotional but yet happily surprised. Johnny and Joel, you guys don't even know how happy you helped make this girl. The only problem, she's too scared to wear it for the sake of ruining it.
