Disappointed in this business. I had contacted to see if they can make a name tag so I can use for school. I was told they already had made some previously for my school and had logos on hand. They couldn’t really help over the phone and had me email them how I wanted the name tag to look. After emailing them I had to follow up with them a day later cuz I had not received a response. Eventually I received an email saying they could not make my name tag. I called back and asked if I can use the logo they already have for my school and was told no. I was able to get what I wanted online - I just wish I could have stayed local.

I wanted to get a text laser engraved into a Charcuterie board. They wanted to charge me $25 for a 4 inch graphic. The main place I usually go to only charges me $5. I would have went to my usual guy but they were closed that day.

I actually placed the order late in the day on Monday, near closing time (around 4pm) and the order was ready on Wednesday morning around 10am. Very fast turnaround. When I returned to pick up the order, Irma recognized me and retrieved my purchase without the need to present my recent or provide my name or anything else. Once again, she was very pleasant and efficient. I was very happy with the entire experience and will certainly remember this shop for any future needs
