Onboarding was simple and easy Training was literally the best However upon going into nesting you get a clear look of how things are ran and are going to be (only speaking on my experience with a particular client) I don’t recommend if you have a family It’s good if your just looking for call center experience maybe this your first call center job But as I have lots of experience the supervisor are not available to help even during nesting they say I should figure out myself After a customer specifically asked for a supervisor Not to mention ATTITUDE from the people helping you during nesting unacceptable for me As I have manger experience it’s my job to help especially new hires such a shame but I say never settle 3 out of 10 |

Deana makes people laugh but at other people’s expense. She blabs and blabs about herself and doesn’t let you go at your own pace or think long enough to absorb the material. continuous loud talking. Forget about asking any questions or else she’ll make you the joke in the room, “I already told you during training” “ we went over that already”, and she makes your legitimate questions into a joke for everyone else. 20 years this lady has been there and I bet that’s 20 years of hell for everyone else. That's a toxic way to train anybody for a job you need people to do correctly. No good teacher denies you the answers to a question that only they can answer for you. The leads dont even get help to run their orientation smoothly. The whole first day was the lead struggling to find working equipment, running around the office to find things, poor internet connectivity, server connectivity was poor, the workers stated every other week the servers go down and they cant work. The leads constantly gripe about not being given what they need to properly train. It immediately seemed as if nothing in this office worked or would work once you get out on the floor. Turns out for the most part this is true since I asked seasoned workers. |

This place was very helpful and will work with you when u need to, very understanding people, they've helped me alot and were very kind, even the coworkers. I was unable to perform well because I was going through alot and needed more money, so I had to change jobs. I'm sorry I left w.o notice:/ |

Pay us not competitive as they may claim! You may have very flexible schedule, but that's it!! The accounts that you work on, are ridiculously scripted, and causes high stress!!... |

Too picky and look at peoples past and automatically judges a person based on it and will not give u the job nor give you the opportunity to prove your past does not dictate who you are. Everyone has a past. They are unreasonable. |
