Ms. Erika Villegas and her so-called "team" are shockingly incompetent and have no understanding of how DNS or IP addresses work. Every interaction was an exercise in frustration; it felt pointless even trying to get real answers. All 11 11 Media cares about is taking your money. When it comes to providing support or helping you with the services you’re paying for, they’re nowhere to be found. They just hide behind the rocks and ignore you. Once you’ve signed up, you become a hostage. They refuse to give you the tools or access you need to manage your own services, but have no shame in demanding payment after payment. Trying to leave is nearly impossible because they deliberately withhold vital information and stall on every request. It honestly felt like dealing with a cartel, not a business.
