JBL soundbar MK2 2.0 appears to be inferior to equivalent Bose soundbar. Bose has a constant LED indicating whether in use or standby, and JBL manual and/or customer support indicate JBL soundbar (and I own more than one) should have same feature, but they do not! regardless, JBL's lack of this indicator is annoying at best -- I mean, is it even on or isn't it?! also, upon my PC going to sleep, the sound goes to Zero -- not just a lower volume, but completely to Zero! %@%@?! that is NOT what the Bose speakers do... and I've got the EXACT same PCs connected to each of these speakers. JBL soundbar is definitely inferior to the Bose equivalent. in addition, customer support seemed to be unaware of these lack of capabilities. they even had me return a JBL soundbar, but the replacement did the same, and ONLY THEN did customer support send me something to attempt to address the issue with PCs going to sleep...well, 1) why didn't they research this fully BEFORE I returned the item!, and 2) what they researched and reported to me was a half-baked suggestion (i.e., it was an incomplete solution in that a microsoft support person never did reply to a suggestion/request on the reference JBL support had sent to me). I replied to JBL support to let them know this, but they conveniently neglected to continue corresponding. v sad...

2 stars - I had a negative experience with Harman.com when my order arrived damaged. The customer service was slow to respond and I was not satisfied with their resolution. I may think twice before ordering from them again.

4 stars - I recently purchased a pair of headphones from Harman.com and I am very impressed with the sound quality. The only downside was that the shipping took a little longer than expected.

Take a deliver there in and out pretty fast

Every Hardman audio product I've owned had poorly designed power supplies. Either was dead out of the box or died within a few years. Not a quality brand.
