The worst experience I have had with a "professional" business hands down. I should have known when they lock you into a 1 year contract that it is not going to be good, but even worse they sundown clause you and renew if you do not cancel in writing. The founders son Jake is who I dealt with, and I expressed concern about signing a contract for a program that I could not fully comprehend until after I started using it for a while. Jake stated that if it did not work for me, they would let me out of the contract, he said it does them no good to have me on the program if it does not work for me. Jake also promised $500 in additional items if I signed up. Lastly Jake stated that the program is customizable to handle our unique way of packaged pricing. None of what Jake said was ever fulfilled, apparently their word means nothing. The program could not and was not customizable to work with our packaged pricing, we never received any of the promised $500 promo items for signing up, and they will not, i repeat WILL NOT let you out of the contract no matter what. After one month of laboring and trying to make their antiquated system try to work in my shop, and dealing with multiple advisors on their end I had had enough. They are very unprofessional, their system is a dinosaur, and they absolutely do not care if the system is usable for your shop or not... you will receive many threatening calls, letters, and collections until you pay them off! I do not recommend them to any shop unless you have disposable energy, time, and money. |

I have a repair facility in Norfolk, Va. I have been a client of APM for over 1 year. With the help from Paul, we have made great improvements to my company. They have given the tools that I need to be successful. They have helped with strategies that I have put into place to continue to succeed. I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today without the help and assistance from Auto Profit Masters. |

Product needs work. Especially if you are a busy business owner like most of us are. Lots of manual entry and time consumption on the front end, Building data tables and the roadmap, manual data entry (jobs recommended vs jobs sold) that needs to be tracked on paper and manually logged in everyday, clock hours of techs each day are just a default # not actual clock hours, no real time productivity tracking for the techs like i thought they said there would be, I noticed this before we even installed the sync product on our system. Nothing special here that you really cant get from a report from your existing system daily. Just more work for you on a daily basis. If the system is not tracking it for you and i have give it the correct data daily i really don't see the point. I ask to dissolve the agreement before we installed the sync but was told to just install it and sync the data and I will be happy and was assured that if I was not that we could figure it out at that time. So I let Jake install the sync tool and began on boarding but quickly realized i was still not impressed with the product and asked to be done within that week. Now they are telling me that i still have to pay for 6 months worth of fees. I feel i expressed my concern early on before we installed most of the system and even used any of it in less then a couple of weeks. Ethically I would have expected to be allowed out of the contract but that is still yet to be seen. Hopefully there a good company and looking out for the people and not just there pocket books. I will keep you posted people.... |

We were celebrating our 20th year in business when APM called me. We were doing OK as a business, but I knew from all the numbers that if we didn't do something to boost our business in the current economy crunch we just barely survived that we would not be able to stand another negative hit on our finances. I was trying to work on profits, I just didn't have the tools I needed to get our shop back on track. That is until I made the commitment to join APM. Yes of course I was very skeptical at first because of all the money I have forked out to past companies that just didn't fill my voids. I liked the fact that APM guaranteed my success but what I like best is the crew are all on the same page and that being (every one I have talked to at APM are all on my side wanting me to succeed) they all have treated me like I am family to them. They share what they have experienced in their past to keep me from making the same mistakes. I listen to the podcasts from David Rogers and I feel like he is here in the trenches with me to make sure I get through the day. Anyone who considers joining APM, I can assure you this, If you can make the commitment, you will not be disappointed. My coach (Michael) calls me every Friday afternoon and then sometime during the week. He is sure to fulfill the APM promise. Jake calls when we are ready to enter into another phase and when he is sharing his marketing approach with me, he shows where we have made strides proven the systems work. He also congratulates me on a job well done. He told me in the beginning there would be alot of work to do but there system approach is like clockwork if you follow the program you will see results. I have learned so much and our company is growing consistently at the pace we can manage. Our projections are on schedule as APM predicted they would be. I have read Terry's story only to feel like I can totally relate to the automotive industry madness I chose as my career. My only concern is not getting to meet everyone in person to personally thank every one of them I talked to on the phone that is helping our business succeed and just in case I don't please accept this post as personal gratitude to you all. Thank you Terry and David for sharing your experiences to help us succeed, Your company shows who you are through the people you have on your team. That should be everyone's goal who serves the world we live in today as it can be a better place as we all serve together. From all of us here, God Bless! |

We have been working with Auto Profit Masters for a few months now, and I am very pleased with the results so far. Our margins have increased over 100% in just a few months, and we are growing each and everyday. They have provided the tools we have been lacking to get our shop to the next level. Brook is a great guy to do business with, as well as Jake, Ben, and all the others who have been able to assist us so far. They are never more than a phone call away, even after hours. Top Notch in my book. They practice what they preach. |
