My experience with Xsite spans over years. From first learning of Xsite at the store IT level and learning how Xsite software will maximize time management, provide real time data for managers, as well as numerous other features built into the software to provide a store manager the tools required to maximize profitably all with easy to use software. Moving to today, and now providing on site support to other users of Xsite to show them how to setup their own locations to get the most out of the software. Dave and his team are down to earth, no non-sense, with a customer focus, and are always available to answer questions. Software changes, inconsistent updates, rollbacks, missing information that was entered... and their response is basically "sorry" - with no care for what this has cost us. We will be searching for a new supplier for a back office system. They replied (below) and said a system upgrade caused one hour of data to go missing. In fact, this original review was from 11 months ago, and an entire day was missing - and still is. It HAS happened since (the latest "update" they are referencing was more accurately 2 hours of data MISSING - was approx 2 weeks ago), and will likely continue to happen. This cloud software is $5000 a year *PER STORE* - the issues are NOT resolved, the sales data IS lost, and HAS happened MULTIPLE times.

I pay people to make sure the store is running smoothly. I now have to pay for their wages twice, due to this software. Xsite is beautiful - when it works.

Never get a single product from then! All they sell is garbage!! We bought a back office software for managing the inventory in our gas station which has a Bulloch POS system. It's not doing any good in managing the inventory, and also causes our Bulloch system to crash all the time! Please don't fall for their false products and end up paying too much money for garbage!
