I've been a customer with this company for my photography business since their beginnings and honestly have regretted it a few different times. Today of all days, the most. I paid for a year long plan... in full. When I logged in today to send an invoice to a client, they had Black Friday deals on their dashboard. I downgraded my plan assuming that it would take place after my annual plan I had already paid for ended. Turns on it took affect immediately. I contacted support and they essentially told me I was screwed and they would not turn my plan back. |

I would steer clear of this company for CRM use and find a company with better customer support. I was brought over from ShootQ and the migration process has been nothing short of painful. Tech support is challenging and I’m going on almost a month of my business being down due to the forced migration and the lack of pre-migration information requested of them. This could have been a smoother transition but their customer support has continually dropped the ball. Find referrals for a CRM that has stellar customer support. Unfortunate because ShootQ was a great product before this. |

Iris was easy to work with and completed my website in a timely manner. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there were a few small details that needed to be adjusted after the initial design. |

I've been using Iris Works for my photography business for over a year. The program makes my life SO MUCH EASIER! Automating emails and workflows catered to exactly how I run my business is a game changer. The customer service has been impeccable every time I've come across an issue that I needed help to resolve. I highly recommend diving into Iris works for your business. |

I could never run my business without Iris Works! I’ve been using them since they first came out and I’ve always loved their management system! Every time there is an update I think to myself “they can’t get better than this” but they continue to surprise me! My business has grown and I have an assistant now, without Iris Works, we wouldn’t be on the same page about our clients, it’s that important! It’s seamless, effective, easy to navigate and essential! |

Iris-Works seriously changed my life and I'm not exaggerating. I'm forever in debt to Meredith (the CEO) for making the runnings of my business so simple, stress-free, and streamlined. With Iris-Works I'm able to spend more time doing what I do well (photographing people). This is outsourcing at it's finest; the less time I have to spend running my business, the more opportunities I have to do what makes me money: photographing people! I had tried a few studio management programs before Iris and was completely overwhelmed with the setup process that I never really gained traction with any of them. With Iris though, I loved its simplicity, clean look, and how easy it was to setup. It’s made my business more organized than ever; even my past clients who have been with me for years have commented on how great communication is. If you're a photographer; take it from me, you need this. I've been in the business for nearly 20 years; just do it. |
I once loved Iris Works but have since had a change of heart. I am paying for a service that comes with terrible customer service and glitches galore. I have had clients book AND PAY for spots that do not show up on my end ANYWHERE. I was left with no answers as to why this happened. Just this week, I was unable to put available spots on my booking calendars due to an issue on their end. Again, no answers. I have looped in Maria as I regrettably get replies from Lauren but Maria has not responded. Lauren provides such terrible service that I nearly cancelled my membership this past year. But Maria stepped in, told me to reach out to her for help and that she would be able to assist me. I have yet to hear from Maria on my issues from yesterday and growing concerns with Lauren. If you use PayPal to receive payment, you will, at least as I read, be forced to use Square. Square does not honor Iris Works' discount that they advertise. So essentially, if you sign up for Iris Works, you will not receive timely and professional customer service, you will not be able to create bookings and trust that they'll make it to your inbox and/or calendar, you will not be able to use anything but Square and you'll be left with more work than what you started with. Big bummer because the idea is there but everything on the backend is not. This is NOT what Iris Works once was.
