Very sketchy business, do not trust them. Call the original place of wherever you got the bill from. I set up a payment plan with this company, and they were taking my money. When I called to find out how much I have left to pay they said they didn't have anything of mine towards the bill that was owed. They said the original client took my bill back from them, and when I called the client they said there was nothing attached to my social. Very weird stuff happening here.

There has to be lawsuits on these people. Idk where to start. They demand large payments per month and they will be rude. I have never ever dealt with a company that doesn't take lower payments. Small debt for 3500 I paid 1200 in 9 months and when I couldn't pay they were terrible. Their website won't accept one time payments unless they set it up for you and it has to be a specific amount they approve of. Then they will bring up the last time you paid the original creditor which makes no sence when you've been paying the collection agency monthly. "You didn't pay until we called you" yeah that's how this works when things go to collections. They will dip jnto your personal life and shame you for not paying. If you want something smaller they have to approve you for hardship. (Like I don't have a payment contract with you) I've never considered skipping a mortgage to get these people off my back, but I might have too. Something is awry and it's stinky.

If I could give you no stars I would. I received a call from one person, and then when I advised that I was not able to make a payment at this time another woman got on the phone and tried to strong arm me into making a payment. I advised that I recently lost my job and was unable to make any payments at this time, like I advised the person before, she then tells me to stop screaming and to calm down. She then continued to offer me payment options after I clearly stated that nowis not a good time to commit to a payment plan when, I’m not making enough to pay my mortgage. I lost my job and I’m trying to stay afloat. She tried to make it seem like I had no reason to be frustrated so I told her she was gaslighting me, she said I don’t even know what that is, I told her to go look it up if she needs to but I can’t afford to make payments. I asked her to take me off the call list and to never call me again. She said just because I can’t afford to pay it doesn’t mean the bill will go away. She was continuing to press back without giving me a moment yo speak. She over talked and tried take control but it was in a very rude way.
