Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to have student workers make sure they have customer service skills and are actually competent. Have them also speak english. I totally understand if they’re first language is spanish but when I was trying to make the effort to speak english to keep improving my language they kept responding back to me in spanish without even attempting to help me.

great school, great teachers, mixed competence in staff. typical run arounds, clueless students working, system failures, etc. "we apologize about that" is the usual response.

Two weeks for these incompetent people to tell me that I couldn't be approved to be admitted because I was on a degree that was no longer offered. I had to call, because I made the mistake of trusting them to do their job. And now I have to wait to start the next semester all because of all the incompetence that goes on in the administrative side. Truly disappointing! And I'm looking at the reviews and it seems the college higher-ups do not care about what's going on since I see now replies to low ratings, and they wonder why enrollment drops. Hire smarter, more caring people instead of hiring whoever shows up, you're messing with people's futures here, not flipping burgers!!!!

This is the college where my son got his associate degree. Lately, I have been coming here for an application to a vacant position. All the persons I met from the interview to the person who showed me how to get to the bus stop were accommodating and pleasant. Nothing short of respect was given me. If I get that position, it’ll be an answered prayer. The campus feels like my college home of the yesteryears. Cool atmosphere with the nice wind of autumn. Shade trees all around. A mix of new and old buildings. It’ll be a neat adventure to explore LC in the days to come.
