Poorly run store. Obviously there is a significant lack of training and management at this location. There were three employees working while I was there. Emmanuel (one of the employees) was doing a great job - he assisted four customers to each of the other's serving one. The store would have been better off with just the one employee! Kudos to him. Management - you need to do better. Shame on you for allowing this store to be such a disappointment. |

I was told it would be two hours to return equipment. And then told it would be faster if I went to a UPS store and did it at one of them. Why does it have to be soooo hard to turn in equipment??? I honestly think the DMV is faster.. |

I was not greeted when I walked in. I followed the process, used the computer as instructed, and took a seat to wait for assistance. Unfortunately, no one ever came to help me. What is the point of requiring customers to use a kiosk if staff completely ignore them afterward? I sat there for an extended period while employees acted as though I was invisible. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. This location truly deserves negative five stars. |

This is genuinely one of the worst run stores I have ever seen in my life. There is NO sense of urgency to get customers in and out. I had a simple exchange. This should NOT take much time at all. I went to sign in and it didn’t even count me. So I had to sign in again. MAJOR changes needs to be made to this stores management. It’s genuinely embarrassing. |

This has to be the slowest store ever. Had to come in twice, first day because the wait was long. Second day, even longer but no choice to wait in line, in a queue for something as simple as turning in ones equipment for cancelled service. I currently sit at 22 in queue and only two employees on the floor. Crazy. Updated: Finally turned in my equipment. Took approximately 1 hour and 22 minutes to do so. I waited the longest as the next person in line than I did at the end of the line. There's definitely a staffing issue. I am very sorry Sasha, I was a bit short with you in saying I wasn't going to answer any questions. To be fair though I'll answer your questions now, I got two lines, two new phones and fiber optic cable with ATT for the same price as Spectrum was charging me just for half the speed internet alone. And on the one day in which I did have a problem with internet, ATT actually credited the account t for the time lost. |

Second time in a year I walked out of this store after a lengthy wait without accomplishing what I needed. It simply cannot take 90 minutes for 3 agents to not finish a single transaction at the very beginning of the day. I never moved up the list and was #3 out 12+. If you can't finish a transaction within 15 minutes, it needs to be escalated and the next person helped. I can't afford to spend hours just a sign up for a phone line. |

I signed up for Spectrum's internet service and have been impressed with the speed and reliability of the connection. The installation process was smooth and I have had no issues with the service so far. 4/5 stars. |

Wow. I never truly understood the word “lazy” until today. I went here for a quick router exchange… it took 45 minutes… the man at the register was going to let me walk off without signing for my equipment, I had to ask him to sign 🫠
