I was laid off in October and as a part of the layoff I was given a career coach through Relevante. I did not really know what that meant, but scheduled my first meeting with Jodi. We met on Zoom weekly and she helped point me in the right direction when applying for jobs, she personalized my resume for individual roles, as well as giving me a base resume that looked professional and was easier to read for hiring teams.
