Worst Travel agency ever. Stay away from them. We canceled 3 ticket’s before 17 hrs before from Vijyawada to SFO due to my father in law’s death . Total almost 3600$ we lost. I called Manisha to cancel the tickets she did cancelled the tickets when I asked about how much refund we can get on this cancellation she mentioned we will take care while rescheduling. When I called her back to reschedule neither answering my calls nor responding to my messages.I called Airindia customer service they said due to emergency situations cancellation if I submit my father in law death certificate I can get 100 percent refund who is having same surname. However I booked through travel agency customer service are unable to open my PNR.

Didn’t receive a great service. I was wondering if I can be generous by giving another star but not since the agent didn’t fulfill her basic responsibility of assigning seats for one of the bookings. She (Manisha) doesn’t seem to care for customers and not know much about her core job. Every time while we were on the call with her, she constantly checks with someone on how to do the booking stuff. I would say she’s sweet until booking and of course pressuring to buy right away. After booking, you will be captive customer and will be totally at her mercy. She showed utmost reluctance in helping change the booking though I would be paying hefty fees. She told me on my face that she won’t assign seats and she’s doing favor by doing the date change ( of course I paid over $600 for the change ) .My brother somehow had good experience with some other agent but I don’t know how other agents are at this place. And I learned my lesson and I would very strongly advise others to think before choosing this agent and check other reviews as well.
