PreXion has been great at answering the phone. Always by the 2nd ring. They do have killed it with customer service. Machine performance hasn’t been great. I feel the image is decent but have had and seen better and clearer at my other office. Even with the warranty (which is nice) my machine has gone down 2-3 times already where i need a tech to come and fix it and the parts are covered but im still paying well over 1k to fix it every time.

Stay away from this company, their salespeople and distributors are horrible, you will be frustrated dealing with all of them from the beginning, they will take the money and not deliver the product on time. They go unresponsive when it’s time to contact them in any way. In my personal case, they took the pre-payment of the prexion CBCT machine and disappeared, after waiting a while and not hearing back from them, i finally had to file dispute with credit card companies. Save yourself nonsense and time and go with different company with better distributors and better customer service. Beware of DIAMOND DENTAL SUPPLY( the distributor)

I'm an IT professional. When I informed the PreXion rep who was on-site to install their server software on... the server. He informed me it wasn't possible. Now their SQL DB is running on a workstation and the client has to pay for additional backups because of their employee's laziness. The rep also installed SQL 2014 which is EOL and not HIPAA compliant.

I'm an IT Guy that supports a medium size dental practice, but they have an ancient prexion machine. It stopped working and I called in and got Harry at prexion support. This guy went WAY above and beyond, getting me parts quickly, chatting before and after hours on text and dropping everything when I was actively working on the problem so he could help. The two of us got the old system up and running again but I couldn't have done it without him. I don't write reviews because most experiences with support are not this stellar. Bought this CBCT in Dec 2020, delivered within two weeks. They have extensive and unlimited training support, Stefan Boyer and Toni are fantastic trainers and troubleshooters. They pickup phone within 2-3 rings. We had an issue in May, 2022. They were here to diagnose the same day, ordered the part and installed within 5 days. A similiar experience with Dentsply Sirona's Primescan took 2.5 months and a lot of bitterness to fix. I hope they can maintain this customer service.
