This was an expensive disaster. Unbelievably unprofessional. Communication on their behalf was horrible. They made promises and did not keep them. They would tell me they had “unused hours” at the end of the month but would not fill them… In other words, I was paying for nothing. They offered to write blog posts for me only to hand over AI slop that had not been proofed for errors and inconsistencies. When I confronted them about it, they offered to let me out of the contract if I was willing to sign an NDA. I told them I would be willing to sign if they were willing to reimburse me for one month; I think that was a bargain. They refused… That led to this review. I fully expect them to send a lawyer my way now. I will update in real time as this plays out.
