It's a Thursday and I've been trying to get my issue resolved since about 9:00am this morning. Someone did reach out via email. I explained my problem and they ghosted me. That was Andrew at 10:52am. Not sure what I did to offend them, but I'm plenty offended by their lack of customer service. The most recent update to our conversation is that they've gone home for the day.

Refused to refund me after auto renew - the software is old and slow, there are far more modern alternatives. Waste of money in 2026 I wish I had never signed up

MARKETERS BEWARE: I wish I could leave 0 stars! This company has been gaslighting me since I got the MOZ Local program. I got it because the research i did on Google ( Because their website was very nil on details) said they could link to yelp - I remember using it at my last job for other social platforms and remembered the giant list of integrations and believed google.. Finally bought into it because - NO FREE TRIAL.. I was having trouble finding yelp when I was setting things up and asked the bot - the bot showed me where to go - but YELP wasn't in the list.. I reached out to customer service within 3 days of paying and asked if they could help and was told they didn't offer that platform at the elite level.. I asked for a refund but instead I was told that I was bound to the terms and conditions" and that I had access to the platform list before i bought and was sent a link that I HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE.. and was offered a measly discount for the $500 I spent on the program... they said they "escalated my issue" and i would know something in 5-10 days.. on day 10 I reached out to them because -no update to be told management said no.. I don't believe it went anywhere, these people just want to take your money- so learn from my mistake and take your money to ANYONE else!!!

MOZ The Most confusing company. We paid $400.00 for one year for nothing really. MOZ corrected less than half of the total directories they claimed to optimize. We bailed fast what a huge mistake and a major waste of money.

All my data was wiped. I started in October last year with a free 30 day trial, then on my third paid month, my payment was 3 days late and all my campaigns and data disappeared from the system. Support did not respond to my enquiries. Moz must have once been a great company. Sadly it is not anymore. I wouldn't wish this kind of catastrophe on anybody

The new Moz update is a DISASTER. We are a small web dev and digital marketing agency and have used Moz for many years. Loved it and never had to request assistance. With their new system, they took a 30% price increased and totally screwed up their service. We have lost hundreds of images, clients profiles have been overwritten (changed to Google's new category listings) and changed, and wrong addresses are now showing up for our clients. As a result, our clients SEO has degraded and we are getting complaints because of Moz. The account management team is nice on the phone but worthless. In a nutshell, we have to invest hundreds of hours to correct their system changes and errors. As a business owner, I can't understand how screwed up they have become. Hugh, Build Your Firm
