So I normally love and aplaud the radio stations that I listen to. I've always had a bit of luck with these guys for winning, dating back probably a decade ago at least until now. Anyway, two years ago I won a big item that I was sent a 1099-misc for (sent for anything over $600), which was fine. Last year I paid my taxes on it and thought we were done. A few weeks ago I received a new 1099-misc for last year. I didn't win anything that would constitute another 1099-misc. I did win 2 tickets to Shinedown in KC last year. But there is no way that 2 tickets alone were $600. Anyway, I've tried calling and emailing and can't seem to get a response from anyone. I sure do miss when Bailey and McClain and all of that group were on the air. I never seemed to have a problem getting questions answered there.

I am a client and now leaving their service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have called and left multiple messages for my rep to call. I have even gone up in person, no one could help me and still no return call. My business partner has left multiple messages and no return calls. My new marketing service has also reached out to them with no response. I paid to get out of my contract and the transfer fee (which was not cheap) and I was informed it would be completed in 1-2 business days. I asked for a follow up call by end of business on the second day. Still no follow up. I have been calling up to the office a few times and can not get an answer at all on their business line. Very disappointed with lack of service and client relations. Will never recommend this company to anyone
